Production Controller (M/F/D)*

In the role of production controller, you will be a key player in our production processes and responsible for identifying and implementing measures to increase efficiency. You are a proactive designer and dare to take a direct look at the workflows and processes in production (Gemba walk). Your in-depth analyses and innovative solutions make a decisive contribution to the continuous optimisation of our processes. Your proximity to production and your hands-on approach set you apart and enable you to bring about direct and immediate improvements. As a sparring partner for our division managers, you present targeted and convincing proposals for improvement that are clear and easy to understand.

What you'll be handling:

  • Planning and forecasting for the production area, as well as deviation analyses and ad hoc reports
  • Proactive analysis of KPIs and production processes on the shop floor
  • Monitoring of efficiency projects to optimise production processes, productivity and space requirements
  • Continuous improvement of commercial processes and controlling tools

What you'll need:

  • Several years of experience in production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment or in plant engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in BWH and SAC as well as knowledge of process digitalisation in a production environment
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills as a sparring partner for our division managers
  • Solid knowledge of production techniques (e.g. lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing efficiency projects and methodological expertise in the field of process optimisation

We offer an attractive salary in line with market conditions, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross salary under the collective agreement for full-time employment is EUR 53.242 per year.
