Project Manager Focus Software (M/F/D)*
In this position, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of software projects – from initial coordination with our customers through to final acceptance. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure clear structures throughout the project and make sure that technical solutions are implemented efficiently and on schedule.

What you'll be handling:
- As a project manager, you lead and manage the software component of our client projects, including technical, organizational, and financial responsibilities.
- You serve as the point of contact for our clients and act as the liaison to our internal and external partners, and you represent the clients’ interests to the Scrum team.
- You analyze our clients’ business requirements and identify the most effective and efficient solutions.
- Your responsibilities also include the structured planning of all project phases—from resource and schedule planning to ongoing project monitoring.
- You oversee the project throughout its entire duration, from order acceptance to final acceptance by the client, including supervising implementation, providing support during testing and commissioning, and conducting user training (remotely or on-site).
What you'll need:
- In addition to being highly customer-focused, you enjoy teamwork and interacting with people.
- You have a solid background in computer science and experience managing complex projects.
- In addition, you are proficient in project management methods and have knowledge of process modeling.
- Experience in intralogistics or related industries is a plus.
- A willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%) and business-level proficiency in German and English round out your profile.

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is between 53.242 and 95.000 Euro.
