What you'll be handling:

  • Als Project Manager:in Controls bist du Mitglied in einem Kernteam bestehend aus Hauptprojektleiter:in sowie den Fachprojektleiter:innen für Mechanik, Robotik und IT und leitest ein projektspezifisch zusammengestelltes Spezialist:innen-Team.
  • Du trägst die Auftragsverantwortung in deinem Fachbereich für Leistung, Termin, Technik und Kosten von Auftragserteilung bis zur Abnahme.
  • Daneben bist du für die Lösungsoptimierung, die Pflichtenhefterstellung sowie die Termin- und Kapazitätsplanung verantwortlich.
  • Du spezifizierst und klärst die Steuerungsschnittstellen zu Fremdgewerken und steuerst die Lieferant:innen wie z.B. E-Installationspartner:innen.

What you'll need:

  • Du hast eine fundierte technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o.Ä.) und/oder einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Anlagenbau.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, bist ergebnisorientiert und organisationsstark, Du handelst kundenorientiert, hast ein professionelles Auftreten sowie einen hohen Grad an Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude.
  • Du hast Grundkenntnisse SPS und idealerweise Erfahrung im Lean Management.
  • Du bringst internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 35%) sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.
