Safety Specialist (M/F/D)*

You will be in charge of all safety matters at the Marchtrenk and Wels sites, both in production and in our office buildings. As a central contact person, you will implement projects, carry out evaluations, derive measures and be in contact with authorities and occupational physicians. With your commitment and independent way of working, you will strengthen our motivated team.

What you'll be handling:

  • Overall management of occupational safety projects
  • Implementation and coordination of evaluations, inspections and operating instructions as well as derivation of measures to minimise risks
  • Further development of company employee protection as well as definition and implementation of safety standards
  • Regular security audits
  • Management of the purchased external safety specialist services as well as occupational medicine
  • Advising specialist departments and management

What you'll need:

  • Completed technical training and qualification as a safety specialist
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Sound know-how about relevant laws and standards (employee protection)
  • Good knowledge of English, low willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
  • High degree of initiative, communicative nature and high quality awareness

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The collectively agreed minimum gross basic salary on the basis of full-time employment is 53,228 euros per year.
