Service Contract Coordinator (M/F/D)*
As the Service Contracts Coordinator you will play an important role in the Lifetime Services Sales team by supporting the sales process for new and existing customers, ensuring that all documentation related to service contracts & proposals is kept up to date and in a consistent format.
You will also lead the coordination of project activities, supporting content creation, and ensuring that topics such as Appendix (AP) documents, workshop presentations, offer documents, and other materials are kept up to date, stored correctly, and that the time plan is adhered to.
What you'll be handling:
- Prepare initial contract drafts based on approved Lifetime Services (LTS) offers
- Maintain a live tracker of contracts under negotiation (e.g., contract value, handover dates, duration)
- Schedule, coordinate and facilitate recurring contract review meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely progress
- Ensure all contract documentation (including Approval Protocols) is completed and approved before final signature
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Finance) to align on contract terms
- Organise and participate in customer meetings to support contract discussions and negotiations
- Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies, legal standards, and customer expectations
- Develop and maintain slide decks for service workshops, customer offers, and internal presentations
- Ensure presentation materials are current and aligned with corporate branding and messaging
- Maintain a well-organised archive of contracts and related communications
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the contract management process
What you'll need:
- Experience in sales and sales support, especially in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers via phone, email, and in person
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate clearly in business-level English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer presentations or commercial pitches
- Able to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
- High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience working in an engineering-related environment is preferred
