System Integration Manager (M/F/D)*

To support this growth, we are looking for a System Integration Manager (SIM) who will lead the technical integration of our projects, from the design phase through to final go‑live, ensuring functionality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be handling:
As a SIM, you will be the key technical figure in the project:
- Lead the integration of advanced solutions combining mechatronics, controls, IT, and automation systems.
- Work closely with our customers, guiding them on functional decisions and ensuring the system delivers the contracted performance.
- Collaborate with expert teams in engineering, simulation, commissioning, and software on highly complex and technologically challenging projects.
- Validate designs, simulations, control strategies, and technical documentation (FDS, test specs, availability model, etc.).
- Oversee in‑house (FAT) and on‑site testing, managing issues across multiple disciplines.
- Support the customer during key phases: design, commissioning, acceptance, and go‑live.
- Ensure compliance with system performance and availability KPIs.
What you'll need:
- Industrial Engineering degree or similar (mechanical, electrical, industrial organization…).
- More than 7 years of experience in integrating complex intralogistics systems (hardware + software).
- Strong technical foundation: mechatronics, PLC, software, databases, reporting, CAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Experience in large industrial projects and international, multidisciplinary environments.
- Willingness to travel (25–50%).
- Valid driving license (B).
