Flexible working hours

The reconciliation of family and work is of particular importance at TGW. In order to support our employees in this regard and to allow maximum flexibility in their daily work routine, we offer flexible working hours, a generous home office model, and more. On top of that, there are the following vacation entitlement opportunities:

• 25 vacation days across the board
• after 40 years 27 vacation days
• after 50 years 30 vacation days

HOME OFFICE

Our flexible home office model makes it possible to find the ideal balance between working at the office and from home. Employees can spend up to about half of their working time in the home office. We offer different options depending on the employee's department, including hybrid working and remote working.

Employee events

Part of collaboration is valuing each individual person's contribution.  We hold regular employee events to celebrate our successes together. Our Creativity Team organizes several events, from archery to the Family Day, stand-up paddling, the autumn event and the ski day.

Corporate car sharing

As part of the corporate car sharing scheme, TGW Systems Integration AG provides its employees with a pool vehicle for free use. This is not a permanently assigned vehicle, but a vehicle that is freely accessible to all employees, if available.
