What you'll be handling:

  • Ausarbeiten der technischen Verkaufsunterlagen für das Key Account Management
  • Erstellen von Kalkulationen und Angebotsunterlagen sowie Rechnungserstellung für Dienstleistungen (Wartung, Hotline und After Sales)
  • Verwaltung und Verrechnung von Ersatzteilen
  • Kundenbetreuung per E-Mail und Telefon sowie Begleitung des Key Account Managers zu Kundenbesuchen
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen zur Prozessoptimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Manager und den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen

What you'll need:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung und/oder Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich (technischer Innendienst, direkte Kundenbetreuung)
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch und/oder Französisch vorteilhaft
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie technisches Verständnis von Intralogistikprozessen und -abläufen
  • Loyales und ehrliches Auftreten
  • Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
