Assistant Project Realization (M/F/D)*
As part of the implementation of automated logistics or distribution centers, we are responsible for the technical, scheduling, and economic results of the projects.
In your position as an assistant, you will work closely and confidently with division management, executives, and department staff, providing support in the planning and implementation of ongoing projects. With your organizational skills and commitment, you will contribute to the successful implementation of the department's goals.
What you'll be handling:
- Organization and communication:
Support with scheduling and organizing meetings, workshops, and team events — from preparation to implementation to follow-up. - Content collaboration:
Preparation of documents and conducting research and analysis on current topics related to management and employees. - Support for projects and processes:
Collaboration on projects and insight into operational processes in the area of realization – including responsibility for special topics and cross-departmental coordination. - Cross-location collaboration:
Exchange with colleagues in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Poland. First point of contact for process questions and information about procedures at the Marchtrenk location. - Documentation and communication:
Creation and maintenance of presentations, analyses, and internal documents. - Tool affinity and system knowledge:
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Confident use of SAP, Confluence, and Jira. Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with tools.
What you'll need:
- Completed commercial or technical training (high school diploma preferred).
- Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational skills — even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, as well as enjoyment of working across different interfaces.
- High precision and attention to detail, especially when creating presentations and preparing data.
- High affinity for tools and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, as well as openness to modern digital tools.
