Assistant to the Senior Vice President People and Culture (M/F/D)*
As an Assistant to the Senior Vice President People and Culture, you will work closely and trustingly with the SVP and support it in the planning and implementation of ongoing projects. You will be in close contact with the international management team and various internal departments and external contact persons. With your organizational talent and commitment, you will contribute to the successful implementation of important People and Culture initiatives.
What you'll be handling:
- Organization & communication:
Support in scheduling and organizing trips, meetings and workshops – from preparation to implementation to follow-up. - Content-related collaboration:
Preparation of documents, conducting research and analyses, deriving initial recommendations for action, and actively participating in decision-making processes. - Support for projects and processes:
Collaboration on projects and gaining insight into operational processes in the area of People and Culture – including responsibility for special topics and cross-departmental coordination. - International cooperation:
Acting as an interface to the international management team, as well as internal departments and external contacts. - Documentation & Communication:
Creation and maintenance of presentations, analyses, and internal documents.
What you'll need:
- Completed university studies and gained initial practical experience in the HR sector.
- Enthusiasm for current trends in the field of People & Culture and a keen interest in project-oriented work.
- Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational talent, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, with a passion for working collaboratively across various interfaces in an international context.
- High precision and attention to detail, especially in the creation of texts, presentations, and the preparation of data.
