Channel Manager - Website (M/F/D)*

The Channel Manager - Website is responsible for managing and continuously optimizing TGW’s global website with all regional and language versions as a strategic digital experience platform. You ensure in this role that the website consistently supports brand positioning, portfolio communication, demand generation and customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Additionally you also supports general marketing projects as requested by the management.

What you'll be handling:

  • Co‑define and evolve TGW’s global website strategy with a clear focus on customer and prospect experience across the full customer journey
  • Translate TGW’s business strategy, portfolio priorities and messaging into a clear website structure, navigation and content logic
  • Own and continuously develop TGW’s website design and digital experience, acting as the in‑house expert for UX, UI and usability
  • Ensure accurate, consistent and compelling representation of TGW’s portfolio and expertise across all website pages
  • Collaborate with Content and Portfolio Marketing, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding and other stakeholders to plan and publish website content
  • Define KPIs focused on traffic, SEO visibility, engagement quality, UX performance and conversion
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve clarity of messaging, usability, SEO performance and conversion paths
  • Actively collaborate with Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications team members to align website priorities with content, campaigns and messaging

What you'll need:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing or digital experience roles, preferably in a B2B or technology‑driven environment
  • Strong understanding of UX, website design principles, SEO and conversion optimization
  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and TYPO3
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and its integration into digital marketing processes
  • Experience working with website design, UX and development agencies and coordinating website activities across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and interpreting performance data as well as high sensitivity for brand, design consistency and content quality
  • Courage to challenge existing setups and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent English language skills (C1–C2 level). Working knowledge of German/Spanish/French is a plus

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
