As a Consultant Process Management & IT Retrofit, you will be responsible for advising our existing customers in the sales phase for WMS solutions. Together with the team, you will create concepts for process optimisation, plant revitalisation and expansion and impress with your solution competence.

What you'll be handling:

  • Collecting, understanding and questioning the relevant customer-side processes and requirements. 
  • Execution of actual and target analyses of the IT systems for hardware and software in customer systems with the help of SQL. 
  • Development of WMS solution concepts for plant optimization, revitalization and plant expansion. 
  • Joint solution finding externally with customers and internally with the team Preparation of calculations as well as preparation of offers and advice to customers in finding solutions. 
  • Presentation, argumentation and sales at the customer's site.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in IT, process or software consulting or technical sales is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and confident handling of analysis tools, especially good knowledge of Oracle SQL. 
  • Experience in the field of intralogistics is desirable. 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken. 
  • Class B driving licence and willingness to travel (approx. 10–20% in German-speaking countries). 
  • Strong communication skills, convincing presentation skills and strong assertiveness.

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 47.547 Euro.
