HR Administrator (M/F/D)*
The HR Administrator provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the Human Resources team across all functional areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and compliance. This role ensures accurate data management, timely communication, and a positive employee and candidate experience.
What you’ll be handling
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with retention requirements.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment verification letters, status change forms, and onboarding materials.
- Post job openings across internal and external job boards.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and background checks.
- Assist with job descriptions, requisition tracking, job offer documents and new-hire paperwork.
- Facilitate new hire orientation logistics and ensure all required documents are collected.
What you’ll need
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of HR support of administrative experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with UKG preferred.
