Lean Partner (M/F/D)*
In this role, you will be responsible to drive the Lean culture in TGW Southern Europe. You will lead improvement projects with the focus on performance and efficency. You will contribute to the economic goals of success and to the buildup of a comprehensive program for Lean - Continuous improvement culture.
The Lean Partner role is ideal for someone who has the character, credibility, self-drive and coaching mindset to identify improvement opportunities and implement impactful changes across the organization.
What you'll be handling:
- Detection of process improvement opportunity such as inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Prioritization of opportunities ideas and projects base on impact and effort
- Definition and allocation of resources such as lean experts
- Project management and follow-up of improvement projects
- Support, coaching and mentoring of any improvement ideas and projects within the organization
- Ensure documentation of improvement changes in the process standards
- Provide input for further development of the TGW Lean approach
- Executing comprehensive and/or cross-functional improvement projects
- Definition and monitoring of performance KPIs of the organization to analyze improvements and show the impact of the Lean implementation
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Lean Management field with hands-on experience in both production and administration environments (ideally in project based industries)
- Completed technical or business management university studies or a similar education
- Extensive knowledge of common Lean methods
- Extensive experience in program and project management (ideally in Lean Enterprise)
- Successful experience coaching and mentoring in the Lean process
- Certification as a Black Belt would be a plus
- Confidence and insight to translate strategic goals into practical action
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Excellent Spanish and English written and verbal skills (French would be a plus)
