In Cheb, Czech Republic, TGW operates an automated logistics center for a renowned customer with an on-site maintenance team.
As the Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5 maintenance technicians and, together with your team, be responsible for ensuring the highest possible equipment availability.

What you'll be handling:
- You will be based at our client’s logistics center in Cheb
- As a team leader, you will manage a team of five and be responsible for staff scheduling (shift scheduling, vacation scheduling, and work assignment planning)
- You will plan the necessary maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and will also participate in the maintenance of the facility yourself
- Your responsibilities also include collaborating with partner companies and coordinating subcontractors
What you'll need:
- Education and/or professional experience in the electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics fields
- Extensive professional experience as a maintenance technician; experience as a team leader is a plus
- Good English skills are required; German skills are a plus
- Willingness to work shifts
