Management Assistant (M/F/D)*
As a Management Assistant, you will play a key role in our sales and project environment. You act as the vital link between internal departments, our international partner network, and the sales and management team. You support the department head with administrative tasks and work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your contribution is essential to the successful execution of our communication and business development activities.
What you'll be handling:
- Supporting and implementing a variety of projects in the sales environment – from case studies and video shoots to internal coordination with different departments
- Creating, maintaining, and further developing sales documents and marketing materials
- Managing and updating content on the intranet and external platforms
- Organizing and supporting sales initiatives such as customer events and internal campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting OKRs, as well as preparing sales KPIs and data analyses
- Coordinating appointments and providing administrative support to the department head and management team
What you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with various stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal skills in both German and English
- High attention to detail and accuracy – especially when it comes to texts and presentations
- A structured and independent working style, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality
- Openness to international collaboration and enjoyment of a multicultural environment
