Process Engineer Realization (M/F/D)*
Do you not only want to analyse processes, but also improve them sustainably together with the specialist departments? In this role, you will actively shape the processes of DBU implementation and its interfaces. You will identify optimisation potential, develop practical solutions and, together with internal and external partners, ensure that improvements are effectively anchored in the organisation.

What you'll be handling:
- Analysis, design and continuous optimization of processes in implementation
- Improvement of interfaces with internal departments and external partners along the value chain
- Development, visualization and implementation of efficient process solutions
- Conducting process audits and ensuring process compliance
- Anchoring process changes and promoting continuous improvement using lean methods
- Participation in strategic initiatives and promotion of knowledge management and operational excellence
What you'll need:
- Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, HAK, FH or university)
- Experience in process management, project management or the implementation of customer projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of lean management, process optimization and continuous improvement
- Analytical and structured way of working with technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, initiative and cross-departmental cooperation
- Confident use of digital tools as well as very good German and good English skills

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.228 Euro.
