TGW Group is a leading international provider of highly automated warehouse systems. We design, build, and maintain cutting-edge intralogistics solutions for some of the world’s most dynamic companies.

 TGW Lifetime Services ensures these systems operate at maximum performance throughout their entire lifecycle. With service teams in 12 countries, we deliver remote support, spare parts, maintenance, and other services that keep operations running smoothly.

 We are now looking for a motivated professional with technical background to join our Global Lifetime Services team. This team plays a key role in supporting local Remote Services teams through global strategic initiatives and improvement projects that shape the future of TGW’s service offering.

What you'll be handling:

As part of our international team, you will:

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of software tools used across our service network.
  • Develop new customer-centric services that add value and improve system uptime.
  • Optimize internal processes to boost efficiency and collaboration.
  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices across countries.
  • Coordinate the implementation of innovative technologies that elevate our service capabilities.

You’ll be working in a high-tech, global environment, collaborating with service teams in 12 countries and driving initiatives that have a real impact on our customers and operations.

What you'll need:

  • Solid understanding of software applications and IT systems.
  • A technical degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in our service regions are a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing internal projects, ideally in a technical or service-oriented environment.
