Purchasing Specialist – Personnel Services (M/F/D)*
Do you have experience in dealing with service contracts and find the right external specialists for projects? Then you've come to the right place!
In this part-time role, you will actively shape the procurement of personnel services, coordinate external partners and ensure efficient, compliant staffing. Together with the specialist departments, you will analyse requirements and develop sustainable solutions for external support.

What you'll be handling:
- Drafting and negotiation of service contracts
- Framework contract negotiation and drafting with external partner companies
- Partner and contract management
- Processing of internal requisitions
- Support of the specialist departments in the selection of contractual partners
- Strategy and deadline clarification with internal stakeholders
- Purchasing process optimization and strategy development
What you'll need:
- Completed commercial or legal training with in-depth knowledge of employment law
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing from external service providers
- Self-confident, present appearance and negotiating skills
- Strong social skills, structured way of working
- Fluent good written and spoken English

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 52.197 Euro.
