Regulatory Manager – Safety/Cyber Security Mechatronic Product Development (M/F/D)*

At TGW Logistics, you will actively shape the safety of our mechatronic systems. As Regulatory Manager - Safety/Cyber Security, you will take over the governance of safety and cyber security in product development (together with two other colleagues), support security concepts, threat analyses and risk assessments and ensure standards and legal compliance (e.g. CE, UL, IEC 62443, CRA). With your technical background in automation, mechatronics or OT-Cyber-Security, you will act as a competent sparring partner for our development teams.

What you'll be handling:

  • Governance Responsibility for safety and cyber security in mechatronic product development
  • Technical support of product development in the development of security concepts/guidelines, threat analyses and risk assessments
  • Support in plant documentation with regard to the relevant aspects for e.g. CE conformity/UL certification
  • Consulting of the specialist departments with regard to sustainable security solutions
  • Defining and documenting safety-related plant design standards
  • Definition and harmonization of group-wide safety/security processes and standards
  • Tracking of the relevant standards and legal situations

What you'll need:

  • Technical education in the relevant field, e.g. automation technology/mechatronics/computer science (UNI, FH, HTL) and several years of experience in the safety or security environment
  • Expertise in the cyber security environment - focus on OT, CRA, IEC 62443 desirable and experience in the design/interpretation of standards
  • Experience with Sistema, Safexpert, in safety-related PLC programming (Siemens TIA), with security requirements in the field of mobile robotics (AGVs) and experience with cyber security of embedded systems desired
  • Strong interest in safety technology, standards and legal regulations
  • Practitioner in automation/mechatronics with a flair for sustainable and pragmatic solutions
  • Confident appearance as a sparring partner for stakeholders in cross-functional teams
  • Very good expression in German & English (at least C1)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 53,242 euros per year.
