Senior Expert Internal Audit & IKS (M/F/D)*
In this role, you will play a key role in increasing the effectiveness of compliance and risk management, identifying risks at an early stage, closing control gaps, ensuring consistent action and process management, and enabling sustainable business decisions. In this function, you will support the strategic direction of the company and promote a culture of integrity and transparency.
What you'll be handling:
- Planning, implementation and operation of an effective audit and internal control system
 - Conducting audits in all relevant and critical business areas (process-oriented and risk-based)
 - Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and deriving measures and potential for improvement
 - Ensuring the implementation of measures through regular follow-up and appropriate reporting
 - Advising specialist departments on internal control and governance issues
 - Conducting special audits (e.g. as part of compliance investigations)
 - Collaborating with Compliance, Risk Management and external consultants and auditors
 - Further developing, documenting and coordinating the internal control system
 - Supporting the development of ICS standards, templates and training courses
 
What you'll need:
- Completed degree in economics, business administration, commercial law or law
 - At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. internal auditing) in an international environment
 - Profound knowledge of common auditing standards and expertise in compliance and risk management
 - Intercultural understanding, strong team spirit, ability to work independently
 - Analytical thinking, high level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial understanding
 - Excellent communication skills and confident manner
 - Business fluent German and English
 - Integrity and discretion
