What you'll be handling:

  • Verantwortung für das Lieferantenmanagement wie z.B. Lieferantenauswahl, Risikobewertung, Lieferantenbewertungen sowie strategische Lieferantenentwicklung

  • Gestaltung und Optimierung der Materialgruppenstrategien inklusive Reporting zu Qualität, Liefertermintreue und Kostenentwicklung

  • Bindeglied zwischen internen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten

  • Operative Abwicklung von Anfragen und Bestellungen im Bedarfsfall

  • Eigenverantwortliches Verhandeln von Preisen und Konditionen sowie Gestaltung und Abschluss von Lieferantenverträgen

  • Regelmäßige Datenauswertung (Monitoring) und Reporting einkaufsrelevanter Kennzahlen

  • Entwicklungsmöglichkeit zur Führungskraft 

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Hohes Maß an analytischen Fähigkeiten, einer Affinität zu Zahlen und eine strategische Denkweise zeichnen dich aus

  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an der Welt der Intralogistik

  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) 

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
