Supervisor / Installation Manager for Electrical Installations (M/F/D)*

Due to continuous growth, we are expanding the team in the electrical assembly department. After an initial training phase at the Wels site, you will gradually take over responsibility for the assembly of our conveyor and storage technology worldwide (focus on Europe) and also accompany the commissioning of the TGW systems on site. We are looking for open and committed personalities with the tender, who ideally already have experience in international plant engineering.

What you'll be handling:

  • Management of specialist personnel (directors and all-inclusive subcontractors) on site, taking into account relevant norms, environmental and safety standards
  • Work preparation incl. monitoring of deadlines and progress
  • Assessment of the construction sites in terms of occupational safety with the support of the occupational safety department
  • Preparation of construction site documentation such as daily construction reports, hourly records, AS-Built documents and support IO-Check until handover to control commissioning
  • Ensuring assembly quality, including the creation of measurement reports
  • Regular coordination with the project manager

What you'll need:

  • Successfully completed electrical engineering vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, master craftsman or similar)
  • At least 3 years of experience in plant engineering desired
  • Expertise in the fields of electrical engineering and control engineering
  • Willingness to travel internationally (100%), as well as good English skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, AutoCAD)
  • Initiative and organizational strength as well as a determined and responsible way of working

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 48.413,- Euro.
