Onboarding Programme

To ensure our employees' optimum start in the company, we consider it very important to continue supporting them throughout the onboarding process. The buddy system ensures that each new employee has a colleague assigned to them to act as a coach and mentor for the first few months. In addition, a training plan involving both digital and in-person training helps structure the employees' entry into the company. Employees can discuss further development steps with their supervisors.

Our onboarding process is comprehensive and results-oriented. We accompany new colleagues responsibly on the way to developing their potential.

Dual employee participation

Taking on responsibility and partaking in the success of the company: that duality lies at the heart of TGW's dual employee participation. We very much appreciate our employees' commitment, so at the end of a successful business year we offer each employee the choice between three options: money, additional days of leave or attractive healthcare options.

With dual employee participation, every employee at TGW can choose between money or time.
