What is a “Unique Unit Identifier Code” (UUIC)?
UUIC stands for "Unique Unit Identifier Code." As the name suggests, each technical product we install in your system is assigned a unique code. This code links your real-world system and the digital TGW Logistics world. After you scan your product code, you’re linked to the corresponding product information in your TGW Logistics app—simplifying parts identification.
Computerized Maintenance Management System
The TGW Logistics Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is the software solution for your automated logistics system. Along with providing a clear and structured representation of your system, the CMMS supports an innovative digitalization of all maintenance processes, focusing particularly on intralogistics processes, products, and corresponding solutions. The UUIC enables you to retrieve information about the product you scanned (e.g., its repair order history) and proactively allocate orders.
