Setting New Standards in Control Cabinet Manufacturing

Faster, more precise, and more efficient: With our newly developed mounting plate printing technology, we are elevating both quality and productivity in control cabinet manufacturing.

Control Cabinets as the Heart of Modern Systems

Whether in pallet conveyor technology or storage and retrieval machines – control cabinets act as the central nervous system of our systems. They house controllers, regulation units, and a wide range of cables. To ensure a structured and efficient assembly process, operating equipment labels are applied to the mounting plates.

Previously: Time-consuming Manual Labeling

Until now, these labels were applied manually. Our employees attached each label by hand at the positions defined in E-Plan. It is a labor-intensive, ergonomically challenging, and error-prone process. In addition, labels could not always be positioned with perfect accuracy.

Now: Direct Printing onto the Mounting Plate

This long-standing industry practice has reached its end. Instead of affixing each label manually, we now print operating equipment identification directly onto the mounting plates. A large-format flatbed printer with UV-curable ink enables crisp, durable markings and maximum flexibility.

More Information – Higher Quality

Our new solution enables us not only to include the usual identification data, but also to print additional useful information:

  • material numbers
  • E-Plan bill of materials (BOM) numbers
  • a QR code linking directly to the corresponding position in E-Plan


Furthermore, the contours of all installed components are now printed at a 1:1 scale on the mounting plate, allowing for a visual check that significantly enhances quality.
