Hachette is supported by seven TGW On-Site Residential Engineers, who are available 312 days a year in a flexible three-shift system to assist with maintenance work. To ensure that the Leroy Merlin system runs smoothly around the clock, 17 TGW specialists are dedicated to providing reliable on-site support. The Lifetime Service package, which runs for several years, ensures predictable operating costs, among other things.

In addition to normal service activities, the TGW team also carries out preventive maintenance and supports Leroy Merlin with continuous improvement measures to optimise the performance, safety and ergonomics of the workstations. The full service package also includes the supply and management of spare parts and support from remote experts.
