What you'll be handling:

  • Analyse von Dokumentationsprozessen und Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotenzial
  • Koordination und Dokumentation der Prozessanforderungen
  • Koordination von Kolleg:innen und Aufgaben innerhalb des internen Projekts zur Prozessevaluierung, sowie Unterstützung im Projektcontrolling
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Prozesseigentümer:in und Projektsponsor

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zu System- und Prozessdenken sowie eine analytische, systematische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Abstimmung mit unseren lokalen und globalen Teams

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 47.481 Euro.
