We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team players at the Bol site in Waalwijk. This job comes with excellent training and development opportunities to further your career.

Bol uses TGW's automated solutions and has Europe's largest E-commerce distribution centres. Our on-site equipment includes conveyors or roller conveyors, shuttles, sensors, scanners and weighing systems.

What you'll be handling:

  • You will execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and will be supporting with flow control activities
  • You resolve breakdown situations and actively seek root cause
  • You ensure high levels of housekeeping, never compromise on safety first
  • You support the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency
  • You complete all necessary reports, while working in DART and CMMS software platforms
  • You will continually improve the performance of the equipment through avenues such as toploss activities and design modifications
  • You will be working in a 5-shift pattern which is as follows;

2 morning shifts: 06:00 - 14:00

2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 - 22:00

2 days off

2 days night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

2 days off 

What you'll need:

  • You are the proud owner of a technical diploma (at least MBO-2 level)
  • You have general knowledge of mechanics or electrical or control
  • You get excited by understanding of maintenance processes
  • You are customer focused
  • You have no problem with working in a time-critical environment
  • You like being flexible and work in shift patterns
  • You have great problem-solving skills and are able to read electrical drawings

What you'll receive:

  • A dynamic, open and informal working environment with pleasant colleagues
  • Immediate a permanent contract with a market conform salary (30% shift allowance because of the 5 shifts pattern) and 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel allowance € 0,23 per kilometre (max. 100 km per day).

  • 32 holidays plus extra age...
