What you’ll be handling

• Set up and maintain projects in business systems and tools including project structures and task tracking.
• Create, organize, and manage centralized project documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
• Administer stage gate processes, including preparing, tracking, and maintaining required documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and trackers to support project visibility and decision-making.
• Support project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and reconciliation.
• Manage procurement processes, including raising and tracking Purchase Orders through site delivery.

What you’ll need

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two (2) years of technical administration experience, preferably in materialhandling industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of project management terminology, tools and reports.
• History of working with software applications like JIRA, Navision, SAP on high complexity, high value projects.
