SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant (M/F/D)*
As an SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support for our 24/7 systems. You will communicate with end users to diagnose errors and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
What you'll be handling:
- Analysis and processing of tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Error diagnosis in SAP EWM processes and implementation of minor customising adjustments
- Integration of UI5 and ABAP development into root cause analysis
- Documentation and tracking of tickets in accordance with SLA specifications
- Support in the further training of first level support and end users
What you'll need:
- Good knowledge of SAP EWM (customising, debugging) and Office 365
- Experience in logistics or automation technology
- Business fluency in English
- Willingness to work shifts

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is between 47.547 and 90.000 Euro.
