Graphic Designer (男性/女性/多样化)*
In the role of a graphic designer you are shaping and strengthening the company’s corporate design and identity across all internal and external communications and marketing channels and customer touch points. This position is responsible for designing compelling, brand‑consistent graphics that support corporate messaging, enhance stakeholder engagement, and elevate the overall brand experience. In addition, this position is acting as the internal global quality control for all media design & creation deliverables.

工作职责
- Further develop and maintain a consistent corporate design & identity aligned with the corporate brand strategy
- Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, brochures, reports, event visuals and campaign assets
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications on multi-channel campaigns (web, social media, email, internal platforms)
- Produce visuals for websites, landing pages, newsletters and videos
- Capture high-quality photos for events, product shoots, employer branding, portraits and corporate storytelling
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on time in full delivery
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners and freelancers when required
- Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Canva AI, Copilot)
要求
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Visual Arts or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment or design agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography and ideally AI-assisted work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere/After Effects a plus)
- Very good understanding of typography, layout, color theory and brand design principles
- Strong track record with digital design formats (social media, responsive web graphics)
- Photography skills including composition, lighting and editing
- Practical experience with modern AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 53.242 Euro.
