工作职责

• As Project Manager PLC, you are part of a core team consisting of the Lead Project Manager and the Technical Project Managers for Mechanics, Robotics, and Software, and you lead a team of specialists assembled specifically for the project.
• You are responsible for performance, deadlines, technical aspects, and costs within your area of expertise, from contract award through to final acceptance.
• In addition, you are responsible for solution optimization, creating specifications, and scheduling and capacity planning.
• You define and clarify the control interfaces with third-party systems and manage suppliers, such as electrical installation partners.

要求

• You have a solid technical background from vocational training or a degree (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or similar) and/or several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in plant engineering.
• You think entrepreneurially, are results-oriented and highly organized; you take a customer-focused approach, have a professional demeanor, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and decisiveness.
• You have basic knowledge of PLCs and, ideally, experience in lean management.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 35%) and business-fluent German and English skills round out your profile.
