Senior Accounts Payable Accountant (男性/女性/多样化)*
The Sr. Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities, including completing payments, maintaining proper controls within the payment cycle, balance sheet reconciliations, oversight of intercompany accounts, accurate and timely recording of expenditures and month end accruals.

What you’ll be handling
- Entering invoices: after obtaining authorized approvals, matching the purchase orders and receiving records in MS Dyanamics Navision (3 way match)
- Maintain Project related (deposit plan) invoices
- Reconciliation of AP accounts
- Received not invoiced Accounts, AP Month End Accruals
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments according to schedule
Balance Sheet Account Analysis: Prepaids, Intercompany COGS/Expense Accounts
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-6 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards (GAAP)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations
Prioritize projects and tasks, and execute ongoing updates
