Technical Sales Consultant (男性/女性/多样化)*
The Technical Sales Consultant reports to the Manager of LTS Sales and drives LTS sales by providing in-depth technical expertise on the company’s products and services to internal stakeholders and prospective customers. This position delivers sales with thorough technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills, providing accurate quoting and ensuring that customer requirements are fully understood and addressed with tailored solutions.
- Maintains thorough, up-to-date knowledge of TGW’s catalog and provides in-depth technical expertise to educate customers on TGW’s product and service offerings.
- Develops and delivers targeted sales campaigns to meet strategic sales goals.
- Proactively assesses customer processes and engineering operations to identify opportunities for sales and business growth within existing LTS portfolio.
- Maintains relationships and liaises with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges and partners with internal sales, realization, and operations teams to develop custom solutions tailored to address such needs.
- Leads costing, quoting, and contract development activities by serving as subject matter expert on technical offerings.
- Develops presentations, conducts demonstrations, and delivers technical support as needed throughout cradle-to-grave sales process.
