At TGW Scandinavia AB, we’re looking for a dedicated People and Culture Coordinator to provide essential service and administrative support to our employees, line managers, and external partners. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring that processes run efficiently and that our people feel supported every step of the way.

Your contribution will directly impact our corporate success by maintaining a well-organised HR and payroll administration. Through timely communication, accurate administration, and effective coordination, you contribute to a smooth process and improve the overall employee experience.

  • Maintaining the HR Scandinavian mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees
  • Filing and maintaining personal records in accordance with company and legal standards
  • Recording and updating employee data in both our HRIS and relevant external applications
  • Administering illness and holiday records, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance
  • Requesting A1/E101 insurance documentation for cross-border employment situations
  • Managing availability and access to HR information for employees and line managers
  • Supporting and/or administering the monthly payroll process for Scandinavian employees
  • Collaborating and supporting with other disciplines within the People & Culture team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Global Mobility

  • Previous experience in HR administrative support, ideally within an international environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A team-oriented attitude with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both Swedish and English is essential
  • A solid understanding of Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish legislation
  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration
