We are looking for a strong, people‑focused leader who has built solid leadership experience in another industry or working environment and is now ready to make a career switch into a highly automated, technical setting. You will join one of the most advanced automated distribution centres in the Netherlands (40,000 m²), located in Utrecht, where you can make an impact from day one. As a Team Leader, your strength lies in leading, motivating, and developing people. You foster a culture of ownership, consistent performance, and continuous improvement.
