• You are responsible for the effective implementation of the TGW resources on a day-to-day basis to ensure the scope of work is provided as specified
• You assess the commercial and technical risk of the project and ensure that the project implementation objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner in respect to cost and schedule, in accordance with TGW’s project, quality, and safety procedures
• You facilitate the delivery of quality expectations and targets
• You act as the primary contact for TGW quality assurance matters as directly related to the project. Facilitate the maintenance of the registers and master files for the project
• You coordinate the delivery of the project management process and provide guidance to the project team
• You work with the Project Leadership team to establish the project structure, the project brief, and the detailed project scope, deliverables resources, and roles and responsibilities
• You develop the project meetings schedule and the defining lines of communication
• You identify project risks and determine mitigation actions or contingency plans
• You ensure project completion, acceptance, and handover criteria have been achieved as per TGW's contractual obligations

• You have significant project management experience in the logistics automation and or e-grocery industry
• You have extensive experience delivering high‑value, complex projects, including involvement in the early stages of interface development within a corporate environment
• You articulate with good customer-facing skills and the ability to manage effectively at all organisational levels
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills
• You have an excellent command of both Swedish and English
• You are familiar with and have significant experience with Prince 2, APM, or other project management methodologies
• You are based in the Helsingborg area and are flexible to travel in Scandinavia and the other entities in Customer Unit Northern Europe for about 50% of your time, depending on the location or phase of the project. Or, you are based in Sweden and flexible to be on-site in Helsingborg from Monday to Friday.
