Staff Accountant (M/W/D)*
TGW Systems seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team reporting to the Sr Controller. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is a self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills. This position is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Accountant and General Accountant with day-to-day accounting activities. This will include, but not limited to, managing accounts payables and receivables, reconciliation of Intercompany Transactions, supporting month end close, entering journal entries, and general ledger account reconciliations.
What you’ll be handling
Processes and manages accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication (three-way match).
Process expense reports using Concur.
Maintains Intercompany AP Invoicing sheets, reconciling monthly to other entity currency (EUR, GBP).
Check run (every other week).
Monthly Intercompany Invoice Bill Back – Reconciliation of GL accounts to all intercompany Entities.
- Maintain accurate records of deposits, including scanning and other supporting documentation
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting compliance procedures.
Proficiency in accounting tools and software programs, including Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
MS Dynamics Navision and SAP ERP experience a plus.
