• You initiate cost reduction/avoidance initiatives
• You oversee contract and supplier management, including risk management
• You ensure strict adherence to the procurement process while proactively obtaining timely quotations from approved suppliers
• You act as interface between the local unit and international Strategic Purchasing Agents for assigned material groups/projects, aligning the supply chain with TGW's strategy worldwide
• You select, assess & continuously develop new and existing suppliers concerning quality, adherence to delivery, purchasing strategy, dates and costs, supporting the TGW Group
• You analyse data to develop the appropriate sourcing and negotiating strategies that will maximise the savings opportunities
• You verify suppliers' compliance with Key Performance Indicators, such as time of delivery, quality, security of supply, savings, supplier dependency, and others
• You will minimise of procurement risks during the sourcing process
• You conduct administrative purchasing tasks
• You will tender and create new contracts, revision of quotes, and improvement of the existing tender process
• You record and monitor objectives' achievement both operationally and strategically
• You ensure the quality of master data in the system
• You minimise procurement risks through the application of Supplier Risk Management methodology
• You have strong collaboration with  internal stakeholders
