Technician Customer Support IT (M/W/D)*

We are currently looking for a Customer Support IT Technician to join our team in Spain.
As a Customer Support IT Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' warehouse automation systems. You will provide technical support both remotely and on-site, helping customers resolve incidents, maintain system performance, and maximize operational availability.

- Operatively ensure the reception, processing, and documentation of issues reports in the first and second level support environment
- Take the responsibility for customer issues and manage them through to resolution
- Investigate, diagnose, locate, and find solutions to resolve the issues
- Availability to work 24/7 in rotating morning/evening/night shifts
- Follow the standard procedures for the correct escalation to other teams
- Generation of system documentation
- Maintaining documentation up to date
- Making modifications to existing installations
- Willing to travel to customers as required (up to 30% of time)

- Languages: Spanish (high), English (medium)
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning about new TGW products and solutions
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and persistent
- Commercial awareness
- Strong IT background: 3 years bachelor’s degree in IT science or equivalent
- Driving license
Technical competences:
- Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in SQL
- Relational database: ORACLE
- Operating systems: Microsoft Windows / Windows Server
- Tools: SQL Developer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams…)
Preferred Skills
- Customer or end-user support experience
- Experience in development of software for logistics or production/process automation
- Task management tools: Jira and devOps (TFS) from Microsoft
- Programming languages: C# and/or Java
- SOLID, OOP, Agile methodology (SCRUM)
- Technologies: Entity Framework, WPF, WCF, Workflows, Unity, Multithreading
