Mechatronics Development Manager - Rovosphere (M/F/D)*
With Rovosphere, the innovative picking system, we are further expanding a new product line and expanding our team structure to include competencies in the areas of mechatronics, standardization and product support. You will play a central role in the further development of our portfolio and shape the future of our product line together with your team with standardized products.

What you'll be handling:
- Responsibility for the standardization and industrialization as well as the further development of the Rovosphere product area as well as its modules and components
- Technical planning and prioritization of standardization, industrialization and development activities in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders and product management
- Management of cross-divisional cooperation with internal partners in the value stream, standardization, documentation, implementation, supply chain, pre-assembly, testing/validation and much more.
- Responsibility for the mechatronic products with regard to the degree of standardization maturity, in particular quality, costs, deadlines and target achievement
- Leadership, coaching and further development of the team as well as promotion of an appreciative and high-performance team culture
What you'll need:
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH or university) in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in the development, standardization/industrialization and/or technical development of products
- First or several years of management experience in a development environment
- Experience in project management and/or as a product owner in an agile environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of independence and a strong view of the big picture
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and very good German and English skills

In this position, you can expect the following benefits, among others.
We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 60,963 euros. There is a willingness to significantly overpay according to qualifications and experience.
