What you'll be handling:

  • As a Mechatronic Product Development Project Manager, you will lead project teams - consisting of the departments of mechatronics, electrical engineering and software (PLC and Embedded)
  • You will be responsible for the entire process - from the start of the project to the end of the project and will look after stakeholders
  • You continuously monitor projects in terms of time, budget and quality
  • You will create risk analyses, actively monitor progress and promote an open feedback culture in the team

What you'll need:

  • Technical education at university/university of applied sciences/technical college (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and application of agile development methods
  • Ideally, experience in product development, understanding of intralogistics processes and knowledge of logistics, control and production
  • Technical understanding in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, control technology, software development
  • High quality standards, strong communication skills, analytical thinking skills and solution orientation
  • Good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 55,772 euros per year.
