What you'll be handling:

  • Als Projektmanager:in Mechatronische Produktentwicklung leitest du Projektteams - bestehend aus den Fachbereichen Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik und Software (SPS und Embedded)
  • Du verantwortest die gesamte Abwicklung - vom Projektstart bis zum Projektabschluss und betreust Stakeholder
  • Du überwachst Projekte kontinuierlich hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität
  • Du erstellst Risikoanalysen, kontrollierst den Fortschritt aktiv und förderst eine offene Feedbackkultur im Team 

What you'll need:

  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung Uni/FH/HTL (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Anwendung von agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produktenwicklung, Verständnis für Intralogistikprozesse sowie Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Logistik, Steuerung und Fertigung
  • Technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Steuerungstechnik, Softwareentwicklung
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Lösungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 55.772 Euro.
