Als Service Specialist bei TGW ist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, wenn es um innovative Lösungen und zukunftsorientierte Services im Bereich Lifetime Services (LTS) geht. Du bringst neue Produkte und Service-Inhalte aktiv zu unseren Kunden, treibst Business Development voran und übernimmst Verantwortung für interne Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unseres LTS-Portfolios.

What you'll be handling:

  • Aktive Entwicklung und Positionierung neuer Produkte und Services bei unseren Kunden im Rahmen des LTS-Portfolios
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Business-Development-Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Servicegeschäfts
  • Leitung und Koordination interner Projekte zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Angebote im Bereich Lifetime Services
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsprozesses bei Neu- und Bestandskunden inklusive Angebotserstellung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen LTS-Teams und internen Schnittstellen

What you'll need:

  • Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Kenntnisse in Wirtschaft, Marketing und Business Development
  • Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil (z.B. Französisch, Spanisch, Chinesisch, Italienisch)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Interesse an innovativen Technologien und „Out-of-the-box“-Denken

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 52.198 Euro
