Technical inside sales representative in Key Account Management (M/F/D)*
As a technical inside sales representative, you will play a key role in supporting and further developing our existing customers’ systems. Working closely with our technical departments, you will manage modernization and optimization requests from our existing customers and handle the business side of these projects—from preparing quotes to successfully closing deals.

What you'll be handling:
- Supporting our Key Account Managers with technical questions
- Conducting technical consultations with our specialized departments for automation technology, electrical engineering, IT software development, and network technology
- Independently handling customer inquiries in the after-sales area (e.g., upgrades, optimizations, and technical modifications)
- Preparing quotes, including cost estimates, as well as order processing and invoicing
- Properly documenting inquiries, quotes, and orders
What you'll need:
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship or FS/HTL program in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, or IT)
- Professional experience in technical inside sales or technical customer support is a plus
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Good command of German and English and proficiency with MS Office

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is 42,021 euros per year.
