TGW Logistics at CeMAT South East Asia

  • The newest generation of the Stingray Shuttle will take center stage at the TGW booth F14.
  • The ASEAN countries offer great potential in the area of partially and fully automated intralogistics solutions.
  • TGW Logistics enjoys representation in Asia with locations in China and South Korea.

(Marchtrenk/Shanghai, April 20, 2026) The CeMAT South East Asia trade fair will take place May 12–14 in Singapore. At booth F14, warehouse automation specialist TGW Logistics will be highlighting the latest generation of its shuttle, among other things. The innovation stands out due to its intelligent condition monitoring, autonomous problem-solving and plug-and-play concept.

The trade fair in Singapore is the place to be for leading industry and service providers in the areas of warehouse automation, robotics and supply chain management. The CeMAT focuses on innovations from various segments and industries: from E-commerce to production, from the grocery industry to the raw materials sector.

Great potential in Southeast Asia

In the area of systems integration, TGW Logistics focuses on the sectors of fashion, grocery, and industrial and consumer goods.

Additionally, the Distributor Business Unit supplies an international partner network with mechatronic subsystems, while Lifetime Services ensures continued support during live operation.

"TGW Logistics enjoys representation in Asia with locations in China and South Korea. Over the past months we have seen a steady rise in the interest in partially and fully automated solutions," affirms Jun Mei, Chief Executive Officer of TGW China. "Through our participation in CeMAT South East Asia, we hope to increase our visibility in the ASEAN area and explore market potential."

Focus on shuttle competence

The TGW Logistics booth will be shining a spotlight on the Stingray in its newest stage of evolution. More than 30,000 of these first-class shuttles are already in daily use at customer locations around the world – roughly 1,300 of those in very exacting freezer applications.

The innovation has many persuasive technological qualities: the Stingray is constantly monitoring its own condition and resolves problems independently. A clever plug-and-play concept ensures operational readiness, doing away with complex commissioning processes.

Moreover, the shuttle is designed to endure the demanding environment in freezer applications with temperatures as low as -30° Celsius. Features such as smart kinematics, an energy-saving mode or the use of supercapacitors to reclaim braking energy minimize energy consumption, thus promoting the sustainable use of resources.
