SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant (男性/女性/多样化)*
As an SAP EWM Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support for our 24/7 systems. You will communicate with end users to diagnose errors and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
工作职责
- Analysis and processing of tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Error diagnosis in SAP EWM processes and implementation of minor customising adjustments
- Integration of UI5 and ABAP development into root cause analysis
- Documentation and tracking of tickets in accordance with SLA specifications
- Support in the further training of first level support and end users
要求
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Support
- Gute Kenntnisse im SAP EWM (Customizing, Debugging) sowie im Office 365
- Erfahrung in der Logistik oder Automatisierungstechnik
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
