Senior Process & Software Consultant (男性/女性/多样化)*
The PCSW engages with customers across multiple functional areas to analyze and understand current distribution center processes, system landscapes, and operational challenges. Through detailed process assessment and operational analysis, the PCSW validates solution feasibility, identifies integration requirements, and helps optimize system design to maximize business value. By bridging operational, software, and automation considerations, the Process and Software Consultant contributes to the development of effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs and support successful project outcomes.

What you’ll be handling
- Participate in sales opportunity calls, design sessions, and reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and operational workflows.
- Visit prospective and existing sites to understand operating environments.
- Analyze existing warehouse processes, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process maps, detailed requirements, and special features documentation.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs and IT and Security Assessments.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in high-level design or operation of diverse intralogistics or comparable software systems, or related.
- Up to 25% of travel (domestic and international) required.
- Understanding of software systems and IT architecture.
- Ability to map operational activities to software requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
