Field Service Engineer (M/W/D)*

We are expanding our Field Service Team with a Field Service Engineer.
Our Field Service Team is responsible for repairs, planned maintenance, and project work on automated systems at our customers. As a Field Service Engineer, you will travel to different TGW customers in Scandinavia, ranging from small warehouses with internal transport systems to large, complex fulfilment centres for customers in the FMCG sector, automotive, and retail, for instance.

- You will participate in the detection of electrical, mechanical, and software failures in automated equipment (such as conveyors, cranes, shuttles, elevators, robots etc.)
- You will perform preventive maintenance and work with project teams to provide upgrades and improvements
- You will be the only TGW specialist on-site in some cases, and as such, the main contact for our client's teams
- You will travel to different TGW customers in Scandinavia. We strive to ensure that most of the projects are tailored to your skills and experience, so you can make an impact while developing your expertise
- You are open to flexible working hours and adaptable when it comes to traveling.
- You are eager to learn and expand your knowledge of different sectors by working with globally renowned brands and gaining experience with the very latest equipment and technology
Was uns überzeugt:
- You have experience in an automated environment as a field service engineer or maintenance engineer
- You have a technical diploma with an electrical qualification
- You have strong experience with PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, OMRON, etc.)
- You have experience with WMS and software like CMMS, HMI, SCADA, etc
- You possess excellent communication skills (Swedish and English language), and you always work in a customer-oriented manner
